The company began trading in 1993 and is owned by Managing Director Mr Glenn Mason who says, "the key to success in this business is knowing your product and being able to quickly understand and give the customer the right information when he needs it". Glenn who started in the food industry as an engineer has over 25 years experience, giving him a distinct advantage knowing and understanding the technical aspects of used food processing machinery. In 2007 SPC added a new member to its team, Adam Mason who is Glenns' son.
Adam who has graduated from University has brought many fresh new ideas into the company and a new enthusiasm to push the company onwards and upwards. The Father/Son business is helping to ensure that standards are raised and customers needs are met with a friendly, reliable, trustworthy service. The combination of youth, knowledge and experience keeps SPC ahead of its competitors confirming its position as one of the largest independent specialists in the world for supplying used food processing machinery to a global customer base.
